The farm also had a small petting area. This little goat is only about three weeks old and he was an orphan. His momma wouldn't take care of him, so they are hand-feeding him and taking care of him until he can join the rest of the goats in the field. He likes to be held and seemed to be enjoying every moment of attention he could get. He actually went to sleep in Gloria's arms.
Thanks for stopping by! We were a family of three, until we added one more (cat, that is), making us a family of four. In 2012, we added four more...one husband, two girls, and a dog. We have a full plate as a party of eight!
Adoption, blended families, pets, school, running...it's all here. Pull up a chair and read a while. After you do, please leave a little comment love! It makes me happy...and y'all know...if Momma is happy, then everyone is happy...at least at our house!

We went strawberry picking after church today. Gloria was so excited..."I've picked apples lots of times but NEVER strawberries!" Every red berry was such a treasure to be oohed and aahhed over. "Momma, look what I found!" "Momma, look at this one!" "Momma, I can't believe this one!" "Oh look, Momma, look!" I didn't take my camera, but had my phone. So these pictures aren't great quality, but we have our memories! :)
